Monster scared

Monsters can lurk everywhere and in this particular child is pretty afraid of meeting one – and throughout the book the monster grows larger and larger in the imagination of the child. Mum convinces the child to climb the latter to the attic to see if there is actually a monster. There is … but in the end the monster is much more afraid of the child.
