Cocai Books is a science popularization project for children based in Italy. In this their first series, Cocai investigates the nature that surrounds us, and that we often don’t notice. For example, we will talk about insects we see every day, weeds, dry stone walls, fallen trees or wild flowers. We combine text with scientifically accurate and precise illustration. Our books are often accompanied by other materials such as Montessori-inspired cards to engage all the senses and develop observation, recognition, language, memory and observation.
