The Giraffe

One morning, when Dad opened the closet under the stairs, he found a giraffe. “This is no place for a giraffe, Dad thought. I’m gonna kick her out”. When he tried to pull her out of the closet, the giraffe would not budge. First Dad whispered friendly words, and then he got angry, and hurled war words at her.
